FAQ

  • A few things!

    1. Our programs are specifically tailored to early-mid career employees. Amazingly, 74% of managers in a ResumeBuilder survey said Gen Z was the most difficult generation to work with. We've researched the major pain points that managers have with younger hires so our workshops can begin to alleviate those concerns.

    2. Our programs are interactive, engaging, and decidedly un-corporate. The world of professional development and learning has changed and no one wants to sit in a classroom and listen to a lecture for 8 hours. Our programs are based around workshops that get people talking and making connections while building the skills they need to be successful at work.

    3. We rely on thought leaders and solid research when putting together our programs to ensure we're setting strong foundations for employee success.

  • We've run these workshops for hundreds of participants in locations across the world, and we've found our "off the shelf" approach works well for early-mid career employees. We can tailor some of our workshops to align with your company's values, mission, etc.

We're also happy to talk about custom programs. Please get in touch to learn more.

  • We're transparent about pricing and charge a flat rate for our two-day standard programs for up to 30 participants. Costs are approximately £6,000 / $8,000 / €7,200.

  • We've worked with companies across the world and held workshops in North America, South America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Australia.

  • Our programs take place in person. Given we're laying the groundwork for "soft skills," being in person is critical.

    We do offer virtual coaching.

  • Our facilitators have years of experience training and developing employees in a range of industries. They've worked at small startups, Fortune 500 companies, and everywhere in between.

Our curriculum is not only engaging and fun, but backed by thought leaders and scientific studies on the topics we cover.
